Refund policy

We offer a voluntary 30-day return period. This means that you can request a return within 30 days of your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it – unused, unworn, with all tags attached and, where possible, in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Please note that items returned without prior contact with us will not be accepted. Once we have reviewed your request, we will inform you of the next steps.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assess the matter and offer an appropriate solution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods, custom-made or personalised products, and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery. We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, or gift cards. If you are unsure whether a specific item can be returned, please contact us in advance.

Exchanges
If you would like a different item, we recommend returning the item you have in accordance with our return policy and placing a new order once the return has been accepted.

Statutory right of withdrawal for consumers in the European Union
If you are ordering as a consumer within the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You may contact us by email at info@swissmedicus.de. The goods must then be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal, to the following address: Swissmedicus, Jablunkovská 719, 73961 Třinec, Tschechische Republik.

The direct cost of returning the goods in the event of exercising the statutory right of withdrawal shall be borne by you as the customer.

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs in the amount of the least expensive standard delivery method offered, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Refunds outside the statutory right of withdrawal
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
